My Big Why

I lost my mother to colon cancer when she was only 57 years old--I was 36 at the time. When I was 42, I lost one of my best friends to Sarcoma--another cancer. This beautiful friend of mine was one of the "healthiest" people I knew. She worked out, and hadn't eaten one deep fried item since we were 18 years old. Losing these two influential people, set my life's work into motion.

This incredible journey has led me to become a licensed manual therapist, study coaching, and heal my own body.

All of this was driven by my desire to--outlive my mother, but also to Live My Best life--for whatever time I may have left. I am like an Alchemist searching for the elixir of life--Our best path to Optimal Health.

Today I combine my experience, my knowledge of the body, and my soul-full orientation to life to help people feel better, to understand their physiology, and to literally transform their lives--from the inside out.

My Calling

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist/CranioSacral Therapist since 2008. I started coaching in 2017--because I wanted to help people heal on the inside. I love helping people quash limiting beliefs, and rewire their mindset--so that they get more of what they want.

The work I do feels sacred. There is an intelligence in the body that informs my hands. I strive to meet the tissue where it is at, and offer presence and witnessing to what you are carrying. Often I get intuitive hits that may include words, images, or seeing diagonal lines of tension in your body. I listen with my hands, and follow what your body presents. I may ask permission to make noise on your behalf--by sighing, expressing emotion, or toning.

My work is trauma-informed, as I too have walked through the fire of life's challenges. My skillset includes transformational life coaching, hands on techniques, energy work, movement, breath, and sound healing--sprinkled with mindfulness, gratitude, and presence--ALL of it--To heal these beautiful bodies we reside in.
