In September of 2024, moved to Shelton, and went on Sabbatical. For those of you in my professional community I will remain the President of the Port Orchard Bay Street Association through the end of the year.

I am coaching, and you'll see me pup up at events through the year.  I LOVE sharing BEMER in the community. AND Yes, I will continue to have a BEMER Rental Program--of course! Reach out IF you'd like to try BEMER in your home.

A Sabbatical is a time for deep inquiry, rejuvenation, study, and inward development. I started Yoga teacher Training in February--and graduate June 1st!!  I am feeling the pull to become a yoga teacher, and combine my love for helping people be more present, rooted, and grounded in their bodies--and bring it to the mat for some Juicy Mindful Embodiment Practices--that I can't wait to share with you. I will also offer MELT Method classes, and CranioSacral Therapy in the South Sound in the near future. My work is far from done--for sure!  For now--It is My Time for a Re-Evolution... Stay Tuned.

Empowerment comes when we know what we feel--deep within, and we have the courage to be present to ourselves as we express our respective truths. This is strength. It is this wellspring that I wish to help people access for themselves--Body, Mind & Soul.
